The Web 2.0 technology is too good for democracy and participation to ignore or be afraid of. Olive oil

Four decades before, the researchers from seven countries came to the conclusion that the simple unsaturated fats in olive oil were largely responsible for the low rates of heart disease and cancer on the Greek island of Crete. Now we know that olive oil also contains polyphenols, power antioxidants that may help prevent age-related diseases.

Yogurt

In the 1970’s, the Soviet Georgia rumours way was more centenarians per capita than in any other country. Reports at the time claimed that the secret of her long life was yogurt, a food omnipresent in their diet. Review your trades
