You are in a collection either business or social, if some well-meaning person closely and whispers in your ear, “You have to do something about your bad breath!”

All of us have bad breath every day just to varying degrees. We all wake up in the early morning with breathing, brush and then our breath is stale throughout the day, if we do not get a chance to brush again. It is a problem we all have as human beings (yes, Brad, Angelina and even the Queen of England). It is so embarrassing that most people do not want to talk about it. Can you imagine, to say the queen she needs a Tic Tac?

If you tried to smell your own breath through the breathing in his hand and then quickly colds, you can not smell your breath so. It would have the title of Miss Stinky Breath of the Year all stitched and probably never realized.

How did you get to know if your breath smells skunky or foul? (I apologise for this play on words in advance.) There are two simple tests can be done to find out fast:

1st Lick wrist, or if you wear perfume on your wrist, lick the back of your hand, rather than clean. Wait a few seconds, until the saliva to dry and then sniff. What you smell is what other people smell when you speak.

2nd Take a teaspoon, turn it over so that the hollow side shows on your tongue and then gently scrape the back of your tongue. If you remove the spoon and see a white coating, you know just scraped off a bunch of bacteria. Set the scrape on the back of your hand or your wrist and sniff. What you smell now is what other people smell when you exhale.

According to current research, over 90 percent of all cases of bad breath originate in the mouth, not in the stomach, sinuses or lungs, as most people think. About 95% of bad breath are covered by millions of bacteria that naturally exist in your mouth. They produce a foul-smelling gas – caused by volatile sulphur compounds (VSCs). A connection is hydrogen sulfide (rotten egg smell) and another is methyl (the essence of skunk oil). This is bad breath! (And I just apologize for the puns.)

What can you use?

GUMS, mints, sprays and Breath Breath Strips: all these offer a refreshing burst of freshness and taste in the mouth at any time of day, but not really much to do, halitosis long term. The mask of halitosis only for a short time.

Brushing and flossing: both highly effective and healthy for everyone, and it will provide you with a modern mouth. Unfortunately, not least the impact on the long-term fresh breath.

Tongue Cleaner: very healthy to use as brushing and flossing. Most germs can be found on the back 1 / 3 of the tongue. Tongue cleaners are easy to use to help keep our bodies healthy, but the effects are not enough.

Mouthwash: since thousands of more than 100 years. It may be useful in the elimination of germs and bacteria in the mouth and on the gums and the teeth sinks to remove food particles. They offer only short-term results.

The problem with mouthwash is that their effectiveness may be divided into sections.

GROUP 1: These were developed as a germ killer. Of course we have all heard about the product, the “kill the germs, the bad breath.” This type of mouthwash does kill some of the germs, but not all. The germs grow back quickly, so that they continue to produce these foul-smelling gases bad breath. Dt murderer does not eliminate bad breath, but it coincides with short-term effectiveness.

Group 2: This group is odor eliminators, mostly oxidant. They do eliminate bad breath when used to rinse the mouth. But they do nothing to prevent the germs that they are the production of new bad breath, so that their effectiveness for the work is even shorter duration than 1 GROUP.

How can you get rid of bad breath?

Now that you know that you have bad breath, you probably want to know how to get rid of. The most effective way is to do exactly what you said to do, because you were a child.

Brush and floss your teeth twice a day! Brush your tongue, too. If you wear dentures, be sure to remove them in the night and thoroughly cleaned before they reappear in your mouth the next morning. Gargling with a germ killing mouthwash to slow the proliferation of bacteria in the mouth and on the tongue. Have regular checkups, so that your dentist to find any problems in advance what periodontitis (gum) disease, dry mouth or other diseases, which may be the cause of your bad breath. This is a crucial step to maintaining a healthy mouth and body.

This will provide you with a fresh breath, and it never hurts to be ready with kissable breath in case you run into Brad, Angelina and even the queen.
